If you are in the process of designing your new home pre-planning permission, you have approved planning drawings or have an existing dwelling you wish to gut and retrofit. 

 

How does the process work if I bring you on board? 

This service is split into phases. Each project differs based off your requirements so please get in touch for a personalized quotation.

What's included?

Below is an example of what to expect.

 

Interior Architecture Phase:​

• Internal Layout and Spatial Planning.

• Design discussed by weekly through Floor Plans, Elevations and 3D Models.

• Detailed Design Boards issued to client after each meeting.

• Joinery Design (as requested by client, e.g. Kitchen design, Utility design, Office design etc.)

• Procurement and selection of flooring where necessary.

• Furniture Layout

• Lighting Plans

• Electrical Plans

• This phase on average takes approximately 6-8 weeks and can be done completely remotely.​

Interior Design Phase:

• Procurement and selection of all flooring, furniture, lighting, finishes, bespoke window dressings, artwork, accessories. 

• Showroom Visits (where required, e.g. for sanitary ware, tiles, flooring etc.)

• Gathering Cost Estimates with required Trades

Whether you are building, have purchased a new home with builders finishes, or you have an existing room in your home that needs a refresh, this service can be tailored to suit your requirements and give you the help you need within one to two hours to guide you in the right direction. Whether you need help with layouts, flooring or just a hand with pulling the overall scheme together. Online consultations are suitable for those who prefer a once off remote service.

What do I need to send you to engage this service?

• Floor plans and any additional relevant drawings of your home

• Photos / Videos of your home

What is included?

• 1-2 hour online or on site consultation​

• Consultation Design Board with all suggestions

• For on site consultations, samples will be brought if necessary.

How much does this service cost?

• Online consultations start at €250 excluding VAT. Please get in touch for a personalized quotation and if you are based outside of the Republic of Ireland.

COLOUR CONSULTATION

Who is this suitable for?

If you have an existing home or room in need of a refresh, or you have a new build with builders finishes and are looking for colour choices throughout. For this service, if your home is a new build, it is important to have your flooring chosen ahead of the consultation.

 

Whats included? 

• 2-3 hour on site Colour Consultation ​

• Full Colour Schedule for your painter ​

• On site Colour Consultations start at €300 excluding VAT.
