A full home renovation project which included knocking the existing kitchen wall to open the kitchen up into the living come dining area. Blocking up existing doors and windows to allow a more workable space. New external windows and doors. New internal doors, hardware, stairs, joinery, flooring, tile-work,  kitchen, plumbing, electrics, sanitary-ware throughout.

Interior Design service included selection of new wood flooring, carpet, stair runner, tile, kitchen design and colour scheme, colour schedule throughout and large furniture pieces to tie the home together with it's new layout.

Turnaround: From initial planning to client move-in, this project was completed in six months. Following the move, the client opted to continue with additional non-disruptive enhancements, such as the selection and purchase of new furniture, while living in the home.
