The project brief is as follows: refinement and execution of the internal layouts based on approved planning drawings, aligning with the overall architectural vision. The scope includes detailed design and specification of key interior elements to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

Key responsibilities include.

• Lighting and electrical plans, designing and coordinating lighting schemes and electrical layouts to optimize practicality and ambiance.

• Bathroom design, selecting and specifying sanitary ware, fittings, and tiling to create cohesive and visually appealing spaces.

• Joinery design, developing bespoke joinery solutions to maximize storage and elevate interior detailing

• Sourcing and selection of flooring materials suitable for the project’s functional requirements and design ethos.

• Furniture, fixtures, and finish sourcing, curating furniture and fixtures, as well as determining materials, textures, and finishes.
