This project involved the complete interior design of a newly built home in a residential development in Malahide. The scope included detailed spatial planning to ensure all furniture placements suited the clients' needs and lifestyle. We revised the existing lighting layout, selected new flooring throughout including engineered wood floor, carpet and a stair runner. We designed bespoke cabinetry throughout as required and wall moulding where appropriate. We also procured wallpaper and window treatments, developed a comprehensive colour + wallpaper schedule for every room and sourced soft furnishings such as sofas, headboards, and cushions to complement each rooms scheme and make sure the whole house was cohesive throughout. New lighting fixtures were selected and light locations revised where necessary.

 

Full project management was provided from start to finish, with regular coordination between Livingstone Interiors and the client. As well as Livingstone Interiors and the builder, tradespeople etc. to ensure a smooth and timely execution.

 

Turnaround: The clients closed on the property in January 2025 and moved in mid April 2025 , with a total turnaround time of just four months.
